5 GREAT CHILDREN’S BOOKS ABOUT THE FOURTH OF JULY

Independence Day is almost here, and there’s no better way to teach your children about this pivotal moment in American history than with some fun, educational children’s books. At Watch Me Grow in North Las Vegas, we believe that a love of reading begins at an early age. That’s why all of our daycare programs — infant care, toddler care, preschool, and before and after school care — include reading as a part of their comprehensive curriculum. Although Watch Me Grow is off for the holiday this July third and fourth, that doesn’t mean you can’t still engage in some Independence Day education with your child! In this blog post, we share five of our favorite children’s books about the Fourth of July. From our Watch Me Grow Las Vegas family to yours, we wish you a happy, healthy Independence Day!
